KEY RETURN

All keys must be returned at the checkout, including extra copies cut during the tenancy.. If an external key is missing, locks will need to be changed to secure the property, Typical costs: One lock, with 6 new additional keys from £150. Two keyed-alike locks with 6 new additional keys from £275. Please plan in advance how all keys will be returned by the checkout day.

 

REFUSE AND RECYCLING

You have agreed to leave wheelie bins and food waste containers clean and empty. Remove any last minute refuse. Our disposal costs start from £12 per black bag. If any bin or container is missing or damaged replace it via Warwick District Council before the checkout, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to you. 

 

FINAL UTILITY BILLS

We will read the utility meters at your checkout. When closing your accounts please do not transfer future bills into the landlord's name. Instead, instruct suppliers to address any future correspondence to 'The Occupier'.

LIGHT BULBS AND FLUORESCENT TUBES

All bulbs must be working at checkout, including those, for example, in desk lamps, ovens, fridge/freezer and cooker hood.

STAINED AND/OR DAMAGED MATTRESS

All sides of your mattresses are checked. If stained or damaged, compensation may be required towards replacement unless the mattress is at the end of its expected life. See guideline charges.​​​
