The house is great, we are all settling in well and enjoying being so close to the centre of Leamington. Student

The house was the centre of three fantastic years at university. We received many comments from friends. It felt more like a home than your typical student house. Student
The house had everything required to live comfortably, with modern appliances and a lovely outdoor space. If ever there was an issue (of which over three years there were very few!) the landlords were very reponsive to solve the problem, from fixing a faulty curtain pole to replacing our hoover with a brand new one. Student
It stood out how much Maggie and Terry care about their properties and their tenants, something which is very rare to find when renting to students. Student
