REPLACE/REPAIR/CLEANING GUIDELINE COSTS

Tenants have asked us to give an indication of the costs involved to replace, repair and clean at the end of the tenancy. Replace:

Damaged/stained mattress - Year when new is marked on mattress and in inventory. Replacement at checkout at end of: 1st year is £175, 2nd year is £140, 3rd year is £105, 4th year is £70, 5th year is £35. 6th year, no charge.

Main exit door lock plus 6 keys approx.
