CHECKOUT EXPERIENCES

 

GROUP 3

Everyone left early except one person who remained in the house to the last moment. Each person had cleaned their own room, but the last person was still using the rest of the house, so the group told them to make sure everything else was cleaned prior to the checkout day.

 

Another member of the group returned to help them just before the checkout to discover things had got out of hand and very little cleaning had happened.

 

With no time to rectify the situation at the checkout the group compensated us to bring the cleaning up to the standard at the start of the tenancy.

 

 

Will you leave most of the cleaning to one person at the end of the tenancy and assume things are ready for the checkout?
