A house entrance key was missing from someone who was not at the checkout. "They said they would put it through the door when they finished their cleaning.  I'll text them to find out what has happened. (No response). I've just remembered they have gone home to China!"

 

Because a key was missing at the checkout, to secure the house against re-entry a new security lock was fitted and 6 new keys cut. £150 compensation to us. (If two of the external doors were keyed alike, then the compensation to us for replacing two external locks would be about £275!)

 

How will you ensure everyone

returns keys at the checkout?
