31.5   Food waste must be contained in the kitchen caddy and transferred into the larger external food waste caddy. Food waste must not be stored or allowed to accumulate internally in a way that creates odour, hygiene issues or pest attraction.

31.6   Waste and recycling must be managed so that all wheelie bins are used correctly and are not overfilled so that lids cannot close properly. Waste must not be placed outside wheelie bins or the Property boundary except on collection day where required.

31.7   You must not deposit, abandon or leave waste outside the Property boundary or in any external area other than authorised wheelie bins. Such disposal may constitute fly-tipping and may be reported to the relevant authority.

31.8   Waste must not be allowed to accumulate inside or outside the Property, including gardens, sheds or internal rooms, in a way that may cause odour, attract pests or create a fire hazard, health or hygiene risk.

31.9   You must pay any lawful charges imposed by Warwick District Council (or any successor authority) arising from additional waste services requested or required in connection with your occupation of the Property.

31.10  You must compensate us for all reasonable costs, charges, penalties and expenses incurred where enforcement action is taken against us or the Property as a result of your breach of this clause, including incorrect disposal, contamination or failure to comply with Council requirements. Such sums are recoverable under Clause 19.

31.11  You must keep wheelie bins and containers in a reasonably clean and hygienic condition throughout the Tenancy and take reasonable steps to prevent contamination, odour, infestation or misuse.

31.12  At the end of the Tenancy, you must ensure all waste has been removed and all wheelie bins and containers are emptied and clean, as recorded in the Inventory and Schedule of Condition.

31.13  You are responsible for the safe keeping and proper use of all wheelie bins and containers. Where any are missing, damaged or stolen, you must replace them with equivalent replacements obtained from Warwick District Council (or any successor authority) at your cost.

32.  Vehicle Parking

32.1  Where of-road parking is provided, you and your visitors must use it reasonably. Where none is provided, vehicles must be parked lawfully and considerately on the public highway or in any designated residential car park. In all cases, vehicles must not cause nuisance, obstruction or hazard to access, emergency routes, neighbouring properties or road users.

32.2  You or your visitors must not abandon any vehicle at or near the Property. Any vehicle kept at the Property must be lawfully kept and, where applicable, taxed, insured and roadworthy.
