ASSURED PERIODIC TENANCY AGREEMENT
Provided under part 1 of the Housing Act 1988 as amended by the Renters’ Rights Act 2025
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This Agreement is signed as a deed and sets out the terms and obligations of the Tenancy between you (the Tenant) and us (the Landlord) and is legally binding once signed and dated. Together with any Pre-Tenancy Documents and any documents expressly incorporated into it, this Agreement forms the entire agreement between the parties.
The Tenancy is to commence on the Commencement Date, subject to vacant possession being available in accordance with Clause 16. We will provide all required statutory information in accordance with applicable law.
Read this Agreement carefully before signing and ensure that you understand and agree to all terms. If you are unsure about any part, you should seek independent advice (for example from a solicitor, Housing Advice Centre, Students’ Union or Citizens Advice).
You should keep this document safe during the Tenancy. Where our consent is required, it must be given in writing.
