FLOOR

Sweep and mop with a degreasing agent, including behind and underneath all appliances.

 

CUPBOARDS, WORK SURFACES, TABLES AND CHAIRS

Degrease surfaces. Remove any dried on food and drink stains.

Clean underneath furniture and furniture legs. Tighten screws.

Remove rubbish and clean inside drawers and cupboards.

Clean and degrease tops of kitchen cupboards. Use step stool.

Return furniture to original position. See inventory photos.

 

COOKER, HOB AND EXTRACTOR HOOD

The cooker is the main reason for compensation to us. There should be no burnt on grease anywhere on the cooker or hob.

Ceramic hob no burnt on grease. Do not use abrasives.

Cooker door(s). Unscrew glass door(s) panel and clean inside.

Remove any burnt on grease from base and top of oven(s), cooker shelves and, if any, side supports.

Remove any burnt on grease from grill, racks and other pans.

Clean non-stick oven liner(s) with soapy water or replace.

Degrease extractor. Depending on make, clean metal filters or fit a new paper filter.

Check extractor light(s) work. Replace dead bulb(s)..

 

WASHING MACHINE

Dry rubber seal folds around opening.

Clean powder container. See instructions, because in some cases this can be removed and washed.

Pull forward and clean floor underneath and walls behind.

Clean top and other external surfaces.

Clean and remove filters, if applicable. See instructions.

Service with a washing machine deep clean product.

Leave door ajar when cleaned.

 

DISHWASHER

Clean top and other external surfaces. Use non-abrasive cloth.

Clean seals around the door and detergent dispensers.

Clean filters and ledge under door. See instruction booklet.

Clean inside door hinge, drainer and cutlery tray

Service with a dishwasher deep clean product.

Leave door ajar when cleaned.

 

TUMBLE DRYER

Clean top and other external surfaces. Use non-abrasive cloth.

Clean fluff from inside and under filter. See instruction booklet.
