1. Reservation Process

Other groups may be viewing the Property at the same time. The first group to submit a fully completed Reservation Form with all documents and information required by this form, will be given priority to proceed with the reservation process. A submission will only be treated as received once the form is fully completed and all required documents have been provided. The Property will be formally reserved for the group once the signed tenacy agreements, the HDEA and holding deposit have been received.

IMPORTANT: To enable the letting process to proceed efficiently and fairly to all parties, all required steps must be completed within the stated timeframes. If not, the application may not proceed and the Property may be released to another group. We will notify you if this occurs.

2. Definition

“Prospective Tenant” means the individuals named in this form applying to enter into the tenancy.

To the best of our knowledge, each of us intends to be a full-time student enrolled on a recognised course at the start of the tenancy.

That we and each of our guarantors have reviewed and accept, for the purpose of proceeding with this application only, the “KEY DOCUMENTS” (including the tenancy agreement, guarantor deed and Holding Deposit Extension Agreement) available under “RENT APPLICATION” at www.spaletting.com.
