1. Reservation Process

Other groups may be viewing the Property at the same time. Priority will be given to the first group to submit a fully completed Reservation Form together with all required supporting documents. Once a complete submission has been received, that group will have up to five days to proceed with the reservation process. The Property will be formally reserved only upon receipt of the Holding Deposit.

IMPORTANT: To enable the letting process to proceed efficiently and fairly to all parties, all required steps must be completed within the stated timeframes. If not, the application may not proceed and the Property may be released to another group. We will notify you if this occurs.

2. Definition

“Prospective Tenant” means the individuals named in this form applying to enter into the tenancy.

To the best of our knowledge, each of us intends to be a full-time student enrolled on a recognised course at the start of the tenancy.
