We take our student houses very seriously and are committed to letting high quality four bedroom properties to GROUPS of students. All our properties are licensed by Warwick District Council.

 

We are private landlords, who own and manage our properties. As a small family business and retired teachers, we have been student landlords in North Leamington Spa for over 23 years and take personal satisfaction in providing high quality, clean, safe, well maintained student houses. All our houses have tumble dryers, dish washers, washing machines, microwaves, double beds with orthopaedic mattressess and at least two toilets. All have at least two showers, American style fridge/freezers and solar panels for reduced electricity bills.

 

Your safety and security is high priority. Every house has a mains interlinked smoke and heat alarm system, at least one carbon monoxide alarm, intruder alarm, three fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. Gas boilers, fire extinguishers and our portable appliances are inspected annually in addition to a 5 year electrical check. Bedrooms have fire doors. The main external door has a safety chain. The external doors open internally without a key. There are window locks (accept on escape windows), double glazing and an external PIR sensor security light.

 

We respond promptly to repair requests. Contact us or our local contractor for general maintenance or British Gas 24/7 for major kitchen appliances, electrical, gas, heating and plumbing issues.

We offer a friendly, helpful, caring service. Students often comment that our properties are of a higher quality (and cleaner!) than other student houses they have seen - see our reviews. Our houses are snapped up quickly. Groups regularly stay in our houses for a second year and often for three years.
