WALLS AND CEILINGS
Do not attach anything to walls that may damage or stain paintwork or wallpaper. Avoid touching up marks with new paint, as colours rarely match. Unless a specific touch up patch or mark is listed in the Inventory, damage, including pinholes, may require repair and repainting to the original standard. A part damaged wall is likely to need completely redecorating.
Many marks on walls, switches and doors can often be carefully removed with an appropriate cleaning product.
WHAT CAN I LEAVE BEHIND IN THE HOUSE?
You may leave a reasonable quantity of cleaning products under the kitchen sink, spare coat hangers and pins on noticeboards. Do not leave electrical items (for example, kettles, toasters, irons) or food, crockery, cutlery or similar items
