12. Declaration

We confirm and agree that:

• True Information: Everything in this form is true, accurate and complete to the best of our knowledge. Providing false details about who we are or how we are related can result in us losing our holding deposit.

• No Contract Yet: This is a preliminary application. No tenancy is created until everyone signs the two tenancy agreements and all initial funds are paid.
