12. Lead Prospective Tenant Responsibilities

The Lead Prospective Tenant will:

1.  Carefully check all details in this form before submission

2.  Coordinate that each Prospective Tenant provides:

     a. Clear Right to Rent documentation in JPEG format (for example, both passport photo              pages); and

     b. A clear copy of the photo side of a valid student ID card

3.  Coordinate signing and return by email of the Holding Deposit Extension Agreement and              payment of the holding deposit to the landlord’s bank account  

4.  Coordinate signing and return of the tenancy agreements by the required deadline using            tracked post

5.  Coordinate payment of the initial monthly rent immediately after all parties sign the tenancy          agreements

6.  Coordinate the single monthly rent payment on the first day of each calendar month

7.  Act as the main point of contact with the Landlord

8.  Ensure at least one tenant attends the check-in on (insert day) 1 August (insert year) (time      to be confirmed)

13. Declaration

By signing this declaration below, we confirm that:

• We have read and understood this Reservation Form and agree to comply with the process, deadlines and appointments set out in it.

• The information provided in the ‘Applicant Details’ is accurate to the best of our knowledge

• This is a preliminary application only and once returned, we will receive a Holding Deposit Extension Agreement to sign and return and pay one week's rent holding deposit

• No tenancy is created until the two tenancy agreements are fully signed and dated by both parties

• The Landlords may make reasonable changes to the process, deadlines or appointments, if unforeseen events make this necessary.
