Instructions for completing the Deed of Guarantee

1) Read (e) 'Guarantor Deed Notes' before completing (a) 'Deed of Guarantee'

2) Download and PRINT DOUBLE SIDED, on A4 white paper, a copy of the read only (a) 'Deed of Guarantee' and complete by hand. There should be no mistakes or crossing out on the deed.

3) Complete the details on page 4, including adding the date at the bottom of this page. A person, who is over 18 and NOT a relative, must witness your signature (the guarantor)

4) Return this completed document to us in the post.

5) Read (f) 'Guarantor Application Notes' before completing (b) 'Guarantor Application Form'.

6) Download and either print a hard copy of (b) 'Guarantor Application Form' and complete by hand OR first type in the boxes and then print a hard copy. Sign by hand.

7) Return this completed document to us in the post.

 

The tenancy process will be completed when we receive the group and your two documents and we are satisfied with all four guarantors.

 

In order for the proposed tenants to secure the house, please return both documents, (a) Deed of Guarantee and (b) Guarantor Application Form, by (insert date).
