'Terry and Maggie were really attentive landlords: we could see they genuinely cared about their houses and tenants. On the very rare occasion we had an issue, it was always resolved quickly. The house was handed over to us in excellent condition and all fixtures and fittings were high quality.'

'The house was the centre of three fantastic years at university. We received many comments from friends that it felt much more like a home than your typical student house. The house had everything required to live comfortably during our tenancy, with modern appliances and a lovely outdoor space. If ever there was a issue (of which over three years there were very few!) the landlords were very responsive to solve the problem, from fixing a faulty curtain pole to replacing our vacuum cleaner with a brand new one. It stood out how much Terry and Maggie care about their properties and their tenants, something which is very rare to find when renting to students.'

'Fast and helpful communication from landlords. Very, very helpful booklets, poster and handbook throughout. The visits were helpful to keep property in check. Everything kept to a good standard and landlords were good at replacing things to ensure this standard was maintained. Had a very positive two years with this property.'
