Instructions for completing the Deed of Guarantee

1) Read (e) 'Guarantor Deed Notes' before completing (a) 'Deed of Guarantee'

2) Download and print a hard copy of (a) 'Deed of Guarantee' and complete by hand. There should be no mistakes or crossing out on the deed.

3) Sign ONCE at the bottom of the first page and TWICE on second page, in the box and at the bottom of the page.

4) Complete the other details in the box, including ADDING THE DATE, on the second page. A person, who is over 18 and NOT a relative, must witness your signature (the guarantor)

5) Scan this completed document and return to us as an email attachment.

6) Read (f) 'Guarantor Application Notes' before completing (b) 'Guarantor Application Form'.

7) Download and either print a hard copy of (b) 'Guarantor Application Form' and complete by hand OR first type type in the boxes and then print a hard copy. Sign the form by hand.

8) Scan this completed document and return to us as an email attachment.

 

The tenancy process will be completed when we receive the group and your two documents and we are satisfied with all four guarantors.

 

The house is reserved until (insert date), so please promptly return the completed Deed of Guarantee and the Guarantor Application Form to us as attachments in an email to our email address below before the deadline for the group to secure the house.
