To reserve a house your lead student provides, on the form we email to you, the following details:
For each student:
1. Full first, middle and surname
2. Full home address
3. Date of birth
4. Email
5. Mobile
6. Right to rent document(s)
7. Overseas student a share code
8. Photo side of student ID card
9. Year and place of study
10. Full time course details
11. Course start date
12. Course completion date
For each student's guarantor
1. Full first and surname
2. Full home address
3. Email
4. Phone
5. Mobile
6. Date of birth

By law we must check you have a right to rent.
a) Each student attaches to the email Reservation Form we send you a JPEG copy of document(s) (see below) that demonstrate you have a right to rent;
(b) If you have entered the UK from overseas and have a 'share code', you give us the code for us to check you on the Government online service. Share codes last for 30 days.
British, UK and Colonies or Irish students who have an unlimited right to rent attach a copy of:
(c) A single document such as your passport both photo pages for British Nationals or Ireland Nationals with a valid Irish passport; OR
(d) Two documents such as a photo of a photocard driving licence and a UK birth certificate; OR
(e) For example, one of the documents in '(d)' above accompanied by another document e.g. a letter from your university or college which confirms you are accepted on a current course, states the name of the institution and the name and duration of the course;
(f) Most students who have entered the UK from overseas will have a time limited right to rent and you will be able to choose whether you evidence your right to rent by showing us your Biometric Residence Permit or we use the Home Office online service.

NOTE: UK and Ireland students show us your original document(s) in person before the start of your tenancy. Overseas students provide a 'share code' before we check face to face both photo pages of your passport.
