Complete and return the following two attached documents:

a) Deed of Guarantee 

b) Guarantor Application Form 

 

Do NOT return the following (provided for information only):

(c) The Tenancy Agreement

(d) Energy Performance Certifiicate (EPC)

(e) Guarantor Deed Notes

(f) Guarantor Application Notes

(g) Privacy Notice

 

Deed of Guarantee

1) Read (e) 'Guarantor Deed Notes' carefully before completing (a) 'Deed of Guarantee'

2) Download and print the Deed double-sided on A4 white paper and complete by hand.     There should be no mistakes, alterations or crossing-out on the Deed.

3) Sign the bottom of pages 1,2 and 3 to confirm you have read those pages.

4) Complete the details on page 4, including adding the date

5) Your signature on page must be witnessed by a person who is:

• aged over 18;

• independent of you and not related to you;

• not living at your address; and

• not one of the prospective tenants.

The witness must observe you signing in person and complete the witness details on the Deed.​

 

6) Scan the completed Deed and email it to us as an attachment.
