7) Read (f) ‘Guarantor Application Notes’ carefully before completing (b) ‘Guarantor Application Form’.

 

8) Download and print the Application Form and either complete it by hand or type the information into the boxes before printing it. Sign the completed form by hand. 

 

9) Return the original completed Application Form to us by post.

 

Returning the Documents 

There will be four guarantors for this tenancy. The property can only be secured for the group once we have received and are satisfied with the documentation from all four prospective tenants and all four guarantors.

 

To help secure the property for the group, return by post (a) Deed of Guarantee and (b) Guarantor Application Form promptly and no later than (insert day, date, year). 

 

Once the required documentation has been received and accepted and the holding deposit has been paid, the property will be reserved for the group pending completion of the tenancy arrangements.

 

Use tracked post to help ensure the two documents arrive safely, addressed to:
