​Solar panels are fantastic - especially as lots of students are very conscious about environment. Good location - only takes me 8-9 minutes to walk to town. Fantastic value for money. Very chilled out and safe location - nice to get out of hustle and bustle of busy town. Dishwasher is very convenient and a rare find!

When there were any problems it was fixed straightaway. Very clean when moved in. Solar panels good for bills, as not too high. Good outside back garden for socials. Compared to friends houses, very clean.

Very satisfied with quality of documents provided before and during the tenancy, the service offered and level of communication. Rent charged was value for money. Lots of other houses had mould, so I am glad I didn't have that. Solar panels were great.
